Clumps (indoor game)

Players: 10 or more, an even number
Materials: Any small object in the room that can be carried

Players form two circles, each circle standing about 10 feet from the other. One member of each circle goes out to select some small item to bring back into the circle. The item can be a book, a vase, a piece of fruit, a small bowl, or anything that can be easily hidden from the plays of the opposing circle.

A player in the first circle calls out a question about the hidden item to a player in the second circle. The question might be “Is the object heavy?” or “Does the object have any moving parts?” The player can only answer with a “yes” or “no”. Now the answering player calls out a question to a player in the first circle. Again, this player must answer only “yes” or “no”.
 
Questions and answers go back and forth between all the players in the circles, and every player in each circle should get a chance to either question or answer. The first circle to guess the object hidden by the other circle takes one of the losing circle’s players. Now the game starts over, this time with one circle larger than the other.

A circle goes out of the game when it loses one of its two remaining players. As a variation and if you have enough players, you can make three circles instead of two.
